Hours of service

Counter service

Our Client Services counters are open from 8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday (except holidays). Some Client Services counters are open until 5:00 p.m. year-round or during the tax filing season. Check your local Tax Services Office for more information.

Telephone service

Individual income tax enquiries: Our automated service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Agents are available Monday to Friday (except holidays) from 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (local time). However, from mid-February to April 30, these hours are extended to 10:00 p.m. weekdays, and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on weekends.

Business enquiries: Our automated service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Agents are available Monday to Friday (except holidays) from 8:15 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (local time).
