Old Age Security ID card

We can replace it for you. All you have to do is contact us by phone or mail, and provide us with the following information:

  • your full name
  • your Social Insurance Number
  • your mailing address

Important Note:

For security reasons, please do not send us personal or confidential information, such as your Social Insurance Number, via e-mail. E-mails are not secure and can be observed by a third party while in transit.

If you are sending your request by mail, please send it to the nearest HRDC Regional Office.
