Printing Problems? The Department of Justice is concerned about accessibility to information, particularly to information pertaining to the Consolidated Statutes and Regulations of Canada. In order to improve accessibility, we have made use of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) in preparing this site. Although the use of CSS is the best method for creating fully accessible Web sites, using this solution means that older browsers and printers may encounter problems. We have made a number of changes to the site in order to resolve many of the problems associated with the CSS, but it is possible that some difficulties will continue to persist. If you are having problems printing documents from this site, we recommend that you upgrade your browser version; Internet Explorer 5 or Netscape Navigator 4 or 6 work best. In cases where text cuts off at the end of a line, try changing the page orientation from portrait to landscape to resolve the problem. For larger documents (e.g. Income Tax Act), the page may not print at all. If this occurs, please try printing portions of the document (i.e. 5-7 pages at a time). Rest assured that we are still working to resolve the problems. If you are still experiencing difficulties or have suggestions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Your feedback is always appreciated, especially as we continue to improve the site. |
