Our Services

The Federal Centre provides a variety of services in the field of workplace conflict. These include the following: 

Consultation/Coaching

  • Consultation with managers and employees on workplace issues and options available for resolution;
  • Consultation with human resource advisors on workplace issues;
  • Coaching for managers and employees on prevention and intervention techniques, and tools for dealing with workplace conflict situations.

Intervention (Third Party Neutral)

  • Facilitation and mediation with individuals and/or groups;
  • Organizational studies and strategies to improve the workplace environment.

Management of Harassment Investigation Process

  • Investigation coordination;
  • Post-investigation follow-up.

Learning Programs

  • Development and delivery of workshops on the conflict resolution and harassment prevention in the workplace (one-day and two day);
  • Design and delivery of customized training programs (e.g., impact of organizational change, conflict resolution for leaders, etc.) to address organizational issues and promote a positive work environment.

Program Development

  • Design workplace conflict resolution systems and procedures;
  • Special projects.
