Career Opportunities
From time to time employment opportunities become available (see Job Postings) at the Canada Science and Technology Museum Corporation. Our Corporation comprises three Museums: the Canada Science and Technology Museum, the Canada Agriculture Museum and the Canada Aviation Museum, as well as corporate divisions that serve all three Museums.
Employment opportunities vary in nature; for example:
- positions which serve the museum visitor
- positions which perform administrative functions in fields such as finance or human resources
- professional and technical positions within the field of museology
- media relations, communications and fundraising positions
- positions in professional trades and general labour
If you are interested in being considered for employment within the Corporation, please send us a detailed résumé. Your résumé will be kept on our inventory for a period of three months. Should a position corresponding to your qualifications become available during this period, a Human Resources Representative will contact you. Please mail your résumé to:

In addition, the Corporation provides support to student employment through two programs:
Summer Student Employment Program
This program is intended for students who are to be in full-time attendance at an educational institution recognized by a Ministry of Education. Such employment opportunities extend from April through September each year. Applications can be forwarded to the above addresses beginning in the month of February.
Student Co-operative Placement Program
There are some opportunities for students who must complete work terms as part of their program of studies. These opportunities exist in fields of study related to museology, business administration, finance, security, and other fields appropriate to the Corporation's business. Students must begin by registering with their Co-op program coordinator on campus.
