Visitor Facilities

Strollers and wheelchairs provided free of charge at the Foyer Information Desk. Audioguides for the permanent collection are available (cost $2.95) at the information desk in the Great Hall. 

Visitors may take pictures for personal use, with a hand-held camera and electronic flash, of works in the permanent collection. It is not permitted to reproduce or sell the  photographs, to photograph works on loan, in temporary exhibitions or in the Canadian and Aboriginal Art galleries, or to use a tripod

Lost and found inquiries at the Cloakroom.

The Bookstore
Our Mail Order Service is pleased to fill orders by mail, phone (613) 990-0962, fax (613) 990-1972, or e-mail ngcbook@gallery.ca. Friends receive a 15% discount on most purchases (card is required).

Special Events Bookings
The Gallery’s exquisite spaces are ideal for a wide range of events. Reservations and information: (613) 991-0000. Or e-mail: spevents@gallery.ca

Parking
6 am to 6 pm maximum $8.45 (Friends $6.45), half-hour $1.45.
6 pm to 11 pm $4.20.
Daily maximum $12.65.
