Audit and Evaluation Database

Owing to the recent creation of new departments/agencies and changes in others, some links may be broken.  We are working to revise our databases accordingly and will make this information available as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvience this may cause.

Treasury Board Secretariat maintains highlights and/or internet references for completed audits, evaluations and similar studies:

  • Text from the Information Bulletin sent to Heads of Audit and Heads of Evaluation May 29th 2001 re: address for sending reports to TBS
  • Departmental and government performance reports are electronically linked to each other and to more detailed information on audits and evaluations and their findings.
  • Several hundred records of findings are added to the database each year, including information from evaluations, audits, manager-led reviews, self- assessments and continuous performance measurement systems. This information is always being updated.
  • Records on studies are linked, where useful, to departmental strategic outcomes, to government administrative policy interests and to horizontal issues. TBS staff are notified regularly of studies relevant to their work.
