Public Service Modernization Act

 

The Public Service Modernization Act is now fully implemented!

Welcome to the new and improved Public Service Modernization Act site. 

Since the implementation of the Public Service Modernization Act (PSMA) in November 2003 and its subsequent pieces of legislation, the Agency has developed various tools and products to inform deputy heads, managers and employees about the various policies under the new Act and how these changes will impact human resources managements within federal organizations.

It is natural that the materials have evolved as we ourselves learn more about the PSMA.  The Agency has updated backgrounders and questions and answers as required, however there are presentations and awareness sessions from 2003 and 2004 that we are now storing in an Archives page that lists the title and the date of each document.
