What is My EI Information on-line? 

My EI Information on-line is a service that gives you the convenience and flexibility of accessing your EI information in one place via a secure web site. It is fast, easy, convenient and secure. My EI information on-line is intended for use by the person to whom the Social Insurance Number and Access code belong.

What are the service times?

Viewing your EI claim information: You can view your EI claim information on-line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except during times when we must do system maintenance. 

Changing your personal information: Updates to your mailing address, telephone number and direct deposit information can only be accepted during the service times for your province or territory of residence, as indicated below:

Is my personal information secure?

Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC) has taken measures to ensure that your electronic transactions with us are secure and that your privacy is protected.

To ensure that others do not use your information, keep all of your personal information such as your SIN, Access Code and banking information confidential and log out of My EI Information on-line when your session is completed. The log out option is available on the top menu bar within My EI Information on-line.
