Environment Canada's Reports on Plans and PrioritiesEnvironment Canada's 2005-2006 Estimates: Report on Plans and Priorities is an important planning instrument for the next three years. Its concise and credible information assists the Parliamentarians in meeting their decision-making responsibilities. This report illustrates long-terms benefits that Environment Canada aims to achieve for Canadians. In addition, the report demonstrates how the priorities and resources allocated to Environment Canada will contribute to the ultimate accomplishment of the long-term strategic outcomes. Environment Canada's Report on Plans and Priorities is tabled annually to the House of Commons. The performance made towards these goals and objectives is reported by the Department to Parliament eighteen months after the Report on Plans and Priorities is tabled, through its annual Performance Report.
