CCI Tours

Description:

CCI offers group tours of its scientific and conservation laboratories, on request. These tours are available on a first come, first served basis for the following groups:

Heritage and conservation professionals
Educational organizations and high school and university students focussing on science or heritage
Community groups with an interest in science or heritage

Note: CCI’s tour program is currently suspended due to ongoing renovations to our scientific and conservation laboratories. We expect to be fully operational by the end of the summer, and tours will resume on November 1, 2007.

Terms and Conditions:

This service is subject to CCI's Terms and Conditions.

Application Period:

Requests for this service can be submitted at any time after September 1, 2007.

Evaluation Process:

CCI confirms that clients are eligible for the service.

Before requesting a service:

determine your CCI Eligible Client Category
familiarize yourself with the terms of the services
consult the Service Eligibility and Fees tool to review the fees associated with this service

Services standards:

Response to general questions or update inquiries:
CCI will respond to general questions or update inquiries related to this service within 2 working days when queries are submitted:

to Client Services by telephone or e-mail (cci-icc_services@pch.gc.ca)
through online forms on CCI’s main Web site or the “Preserving my Heritage” site

Response to new requests:
CCI will respond to new requests within 3 weeks of receipt. Clients will be told at that time if their request has been accepted, and what terms, conditions, and fees (if any) will apply.
