The Anti-Slavery Movement in Canada

At the invitation of the J’Nikira Dinqinesh Education Center, the National Archives of Canada and the National Library of Canada are pleased to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the establishment of the Anti-Slavery Society of Canada in 1851, with this exhibition based on the collections of the two institutions. 

This exhibition is open from 9:00 to 9:00, 7 days a week until 27 May 2001 at the National Archives of Canada, 395 Wellington, Ottawa, three blocks west of Parliament Hill. Admission is free. For information please call (613) 992-9359.
