The Ottawa première of C.D. Hoy: Portraits from the Frontier.

May 20 , 2003 (Ottawa)- Chow Dong Hoy was one of the first Chinese Canadian photographers. From 1909 to 1920, he took more than 1,400 photographs of Chinese immigrants, Aboriginal peoples and other western pioneers of the British Columbia frontier.
