Form - Inventory of Canadian Digital Initiatives

Please use this submission form to provide the Inventory with information about the digital initiative from your organization. Your submission will be reviewed to make sure it meets the Inclusion Criteria before being added to the Inventory. Please review your submission form for content, clarity, spelling and accuracy as the Inventory caretaker does not generally edit submissions.

Provide the name of your Digital Initiative, the production status, at least one URL, a brief abstract, and a short description to include subject/theme, objective, period of coverage, scale of project, intended audience.
