SCOPE AND CONTENT:

Series consists of letter from Archibald McNab of McNab concerning an accident victim sent to Dr. A.J. Christie, n.d., 3 pages. The letter was received in 1960 from Mrs. R.M. Gemmel of Ottawa, Ont.

The series also includes a letter from Alexander James Christie to his father Alexander from Ottawa describing the Fenian raid on Fort Erie and Canadian public reaction to the event, dated 6 June 1866, 10 pages. The letter was received in 1982 from Norman Smith of Ottawa, Ont.
