Description:
Change is all about us. Sometimes we change jobs, sometimes our job changes. Our missions and work environment change. Clients and their needs change over time too. Within the Library and Information Management communities, we need the right equipment to understand and deal with change effectively, both in the workplace and at a personal level. We all bring knowledge and competencies to our work, but sometimes we need to tap into a new skill set. The speakers and sessions at this year's CFL Fall Seminar will provide us with a toolkit for understanding our changing environments and user expectations of our services, and will equip us with tools that we can use to better manage change.
