The goal of Virtual Reference Canada is to improve the flow of information by creating a network of libraries, information centres and other research institutions. VRC aims to provide users with the best possible answers to their ever-increasing and more challenging questions.

As information professionals, we are in the business of providing responses to meet our users' needs. To accomplish this, we surround ourselves with the best possible tools and resources available.
