Please note:
Telephone registration cannot be
accepted. All applications must be accompanied by full
payment of fees and all pertinent documents and
information. Incomplete registrations cannot be processed. Registration confirmations will be sent only to
those who provide an e-mail address, and only
after the registration has been processed. A receipt for all fees paid will be issued
when you check in at the on-site
registration. Registrations received after Friday,
September 12, 2003 will not be processed
until commencement of on-site registration.
Registration after September 12, 2003 will be
done on-site.
Methods of Payment
Methods of payment include VISA, MasterCard, American Express, wire transfer, money order and cheque (payable to Clarke Association Services, Inc.). Charges to your credit card will appear on your statement as Clarke Association Services, Inc.
Replacements
Replacements will be accepted with a request received in writing only from the registered participant.
Cancellation Policy
Only written cancellations will be considered. Refunds for cancellation prior to Friday, September 12, 2003 will have a $75.00 CDN administration fee deducted. Cancellations received after Friday, September 12, 2003 will not be refunded. Registration not paid in full as of Friday, September 12, 2003 will be cancelled without refund unless guaranteed by a credit card.

Please note that this is a FRAGRANCE-FREE event. Every effort will be made to ensure that your experience is as pleasant as possible. To indicate dietary restrictions, fill out the appropriate section on the registration form. Conference facilities are fully accessible for participants with physical challenges.
