Aboriginal and Ethno-Cultural Groups

Canada's experience with diversity distinguishes it from most other countries. Its 30 million inhabitants reflect a cultural, ethnic and linguistic makeup found nowhere else on earth. Approximately 200,000 immigrants a year from all parts of the globe continue to choose Canada as their new home.

The Encyclopedia of Canada's peoples, edited by Paul Robert Magocsi, provides detailed information about the different ethnic groups in Canada, including immigration history, economics, culture, language, religion, education etc.
