Interlibrary Loan Services: Post-to-Web Document Delivery Service

The Interlibrary Loan Division at Library and Archives (LAC) provides Post-to-Web as one of its document delivery methods. Articles are scanned and posted to the LAC website; the borrowing library is then sent an e-mail notification containing the URL where the document may be retrieved. The documents are provided in PDF format. The details of the interlibrary loan request are contained in the first page of the PDF document.

The documents are retained in the Post-to-Web site for 2 weeks only.

A PDF viewer such as Adobe Acrobat (4.0 or higher) is required to be able to read the document. Adobe Acrobat Reader is freely available for downloading from: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.

If you are getting to an error page instead of the document, please try the link to the pdf file in an hour or the next day. The documents are uploaded to the LAC website every hour on the hour from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm EST.

If you are encountering other difficulties accessing the document, please contact:
