Information Session: 8rs in Government Libraries

The 8Rs Canadian Library Human Resource Study was officially released at the Canadian Libraries Association Conference in June 2005. Over a period of two years, the study delved into eight key library human resources issues: recruitment, retention, rejuvenation, repatriation, remuneration, retirement, reaccreditation, and restructuring, both from organizational and individual perspectives.
