Cool Canada: Amazing People, Inventions, Places, Events and Phenomena
In this lesson, students will develop creative and critical thinking skills as they examine the Canadian Identity -- its elements and the influences that go into its creation and evolution. The activities guide the students to make informed decisions based on logical reasoning and backup evidence. Teachers are encouraged to adapt the activities and evaluation strategies to complement their individual programs and the age group and abilities of their students.
