Community of Federal Regulators - 2nd Annual National Workshop

Advancing our Practice; Strengthening our Ties

Are you a policy or regulatory analyst, a scientist in a regulatory field, a risk assessor or manager, a regulatory manager, an inspector, a legal drafter? Do you work in any other field in federal regulation?

Take home a deeper understanding of regulatory best practices from across Canada. Learn from the experiences of other regulators in more than 15 departments/agencies. Establish networks and share challenges and solutions with colleagues.

This workshop will give you a fresh perspective on the regulatory field and will connect you with others dealing with similar challenges and issues.

When:  

November 7th, 2007 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
(followed by the CFR Regulatory Excellence Awards Dinner, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.)

and

November 8th, 2007 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
