CBC contest  

CBC National Citizenship Essay Competition

CBC/Radio-Canada, in partnership with the Institute for Canadian Citizenship and the Citizenship Commission held a national essay contest for high school students on the meaning and values of Canadian citizenship.

Contest closed on October 29th, and winners will be announced the first week of December 2007. The national judging panel includes: The Right Honourable Adrienne Clarkson, Michel Coulombe, Monique Giroux, Suhana Meharchand, Shelagh Rogers, Haroon Siddiqui and Senior Citizenship Judge Michel C. Simard.
