How to Send an Inquiry

Most of the questions we receive can be answered by referring to our Web site. Please explore the following sections before sending an inquiry.

How to Begin (recommended for beginners)
Search for Ancestors (databases)
What to Search: Topics (e.g. military, immigration, census, etc.)

Please note:

  • We can answer a specific question about an ancestor or our records; however, we are unable to do your family tree for you.
  • Many of our records are not indexed by name. You will understand that we are unable to undertake searches on your behalf in unindexed records. We will advise you how to access relevant records yourself.
