LIMA, PERU, November 5, 2007 - The Honourable Jean-Pierre Blackburn, Minister of Labour and Minister of the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec, visited Quebecor's plant as part of his visit to South America to negotiate strong labour provisions within the context of free trade agreements. The Minister is with Mr. Pedro Isasi Rivero, General Manager of Quebecor World Peru (right), and an employee (centre).
