Employment Equity and Diversity

What's New

The purpose of this website is to assist managers and human resources professionals in integrating employment equity principles and practices into daily operations by providing access to useful employment equity and diversity information, tools and resources.

As an enabling tool to support federal departments and agencies, particularly in the area of recruitment and staffing, this website in turn helps the PSC to fulfil part of its responsibility under the Employment Equity Act.

You will find helpful information related to legislation, policies, guidelines, programs, initiatives, tools, resources, best practices as well as information specific to each of the four designated employment equity groups.
