CBC continues in its role as Canada’s premier broadcaster of elite amateur sports as the 2006/07 PONTIAC ALPINE SKI SERIES season gets underway. Following the recent successes of exclusive Olympic Games, World Championship Lacrosse and Equestrian coverage, this year CBC Country Canada will air 40 live hours of world cup alpine skiing as the events happen—and in their entirety—in addition to the comprehensive coverage seen on CBC Television.
