How do I register for a Government of Canada epass to access the CRA epass services?

My Account for individuals / My Business Account

To access the services under My Account for individuals or My Business Account for the first time you will be asked to register for a Government of Canada epass. This registration process is done in three steps and you will be required to provide some personal information, create a userid and password and enter a CRA Security Code that is mailed to you. Once you have completed the registration process, you will be able to access your personal information within My Account for individuals or My Business Account by simply logging in, using your User ID and Password. Note
For My Business Account you will also need to enter your Business Number.

Represent a client

To access the Represent a client service, you will need to register for a Government of Canada epass. This registration process requires you to authenticate using your Notice of Assessment access code and your postal code or ZIP code. Once you have completed the epass registration process, you will be able to access the Represent a client service by simply logging in, using your User ID and Password.
