The Treasury Board Policy on the Internal Disclosure of Information Concerning Wrongdoing in the Workplace is no longer in effect as of April 15, 2007. It has been placed in archives on-line and kept solely for historical purposes. Replacing this policy is the new Public Servants Disclosure Protection Act, which came into force on April 15, 2007.
