The Commuting Assistance Directive (CAD) at section 1.8 requires that
departments maintain records that may be examined or form the basis of reports

Accordingly, it is requested that the information, as outlined in section
1.8, be provided for the period April 1, 2005 to March 31, 2006.
We would appreciate your cooperation in providing us with the requested
