Document Delivery: On-site Services

CISTI's main library, located in Ottawa, Canada is open to the public Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm ET, excluding Canadian statutory holidays and between Christmas and New Year's Day.

A variety of on-site services is available on the main floor, including:

computer access to the CISTI Online Catalogue and CISTI Source,

retrieval of requested documents from stacks every fifteen minutes, until 4:00 p.m.,

public photocopiers operated using a vendacard purchased from the Information Desk,

loans of books and some conference proceedings,

access passes to the 4th floor monographs collection
