Document Delivery: Delivery Options

You can choose any of three delivery methods to receive documents.

Delivery options include:

Ariel

Secure Desktop Delivery

Fax

Alternate Fax Delivery
An alternative fax delivery address can be added on an order, regardless of your registered delivery method.

Courier
CISTI delivers overnight to most major centres, and two days to other sites.

The cost of Ariel or fax delivery is less than courier. Check our price list for details.

Note that Ariel delivery provides better quality copies than fax. For more information, see Quality.

Clients outside Canada and the U.S. should be sure to include the country and city codes in their fax number, using spaces, hyphens or slashes to separate the groups of numbers.

To ensure reliable delivery pretesting is needed for all Ariel addresses, for international fax numbers and for combined phone and fax machines.

CISTI reserves the right, under special circumstances, to convert fax or ariel orders to courier. All loans are delivered by courier.
