For the Portland Trail Blazers to be better than a .500 basketball team, they're going to have to win a road game.
The Blazers (4-4) look to end an eight-game slide on the road that dates to last season Friday when they travel to Philadelphia, where the last-place 76ers (2-6) are hoping to end a four-game overall losing streak.
Portland has been two completely different teams this season in and out of the Rose Garden, and remains one of two NBA teams that's winless on the road and unbeaten at home along with Milwaukee.
