CTN is a network of individuals from both the public and private domaine that remains constantly informed about new knowledge, in order to stimulate innovation and boost the competitiveness of Québec SMEs, through technological development.

To be a nationally and internationally connected network, that facilitates collaboration between key public and private resources, in order to help Québec SMEs achieve world-class status, through advanced technological innovation.
