Problem-Solving Clinic

In front of an audience, entrepreneurs and experts go over various problems experienced daily by heads of business like you. This panel is followed up by a question period during which the audience may address the experts on the stage and obtain information about the best approach to adopt in response to a major challenge. If the entrepreneur is still unable to find an appropriate solution, he can take advantage of the personalized meetings with the experts following the meeting.

The clinics have obtained success and satisfaction rates of close to 100%. As some participants wrote: "What I appreciated most was the quality of the experts, the relevance of the answers, the advise" and "The questions were relevant to our experience, our interrogations".

Success factors:

  • The moderator of the business collaboration network must:
    • Enjoy the trust of the entrepreneurs;
    • Be knowledgeable about the needs of entrepreneurs;
    • Be able to mobilize the entrepreneurs.
  • The entrepreneurs in the business collaboration network must:
    • Have acquired the habit of communicating their problematic situations to others;
    • Invest in the development of their company.
  • The experts must:
    • Have an approach adapted to the realities of SME's;
    • Invest in their business development.
