IP number registration form for access to NRC scientific journalsThe purpose of this form is to ensure all Canadians free access to fourteen scientific journals offered by National Research Council. To successfully register you must first be a Canadian using a primarily Canadian based ISP. Access has already been granted to all domain names in the *.ca range and to all IP numbers registered to Canadians and companies primarily dealing with Canadians that could be identified in the whois database maintained by the American Registry for Internet Numbers [ARIN] If you can already access the NRC journals, then you do not need to register your IP number. If you cannot access the publications then please fill out the form below and your request will be processed within 72 hours. Your IP address is: 142.78.41.56 We regret that we are not able to allow access to any international ISP that does not allow us to distinguish individual user numbers. That is, if the IP numbers are assigned dynamically we cannot give access to their entire client base. If you are not able to access these publications directly, access is guaranteed at your nearest depository library in Canada.
