METRIK, Personnel Psychology Centre

‘METRIK' = metric
metric = from the Latin ‘metricus'
metricus = to do with measurement

This name was chosen to reflect the
Personnel Psychology Centre's
expertise in assessment.

Metrik is intended to be
  • A means of passing on assessment expertise, our own and that of others;
  • A vehicle for communication with HR advisors and managers;
  • A practical, pragmatic, accessible reference tool for them.
