Ease of use

No special equipment or hook-ups are required - all you need is an Internet connection. Simply access the transmission site for the option you wish to use; enter your EFILE number and password; identify the location of the individual tax return or batch you want to send; click "transmit" and your done. It's that easy!

Confirmation

We complete a number of checks and balances following the receipt of your transmission. We then make available to you an electronic acknowledgement. This acknowledgement confirms whether we have accepted your client's return for processing. If rejected, information is provided to assist you in correcting the return.

Faster and more accurate filing

EFILE is the fastest way to get refunds back to your clients. Most electronically filed returns are processed within two weeks and have fewer errors than paper returns because they are not data captured—we process what you transmit!
