Canada Pension Plan Statement of Contributions

Important Notice: This service will be unavailable between 01:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 25 (Eastern Time) to permit system maintenance. We apologize for the inconvenience.

This on-line service allows you to view and print your Canada Pension Plan (CPP) Statement of Contributions. Your Statement of Contributions contains a history of your earnings and contributions to the CPP, as well as estimates for any CPP benefits you may be eligible to receive.

To use this on-line service, you must:

• be at least 18 years of age;
• have contributed to the CPP;
• use a computer that meets our minimum computer requirements;
• provide your Social Insurance Number, first name, last name, date of birth, and your mother's last name at her birth; and
• have a personal access code. Your Personal Access Code is required to establish your identity when you register for My Service Canada Account.

Exceptions

If you or your former spouse/common-law partner split your CPP/QPP credits for any of the year(s) covered in the Statement of Contributions, it cannot be displayed on-line at this time.

In order to obtain this information you can use this on-line service to request a Statement of Contributions be mailed to you or you can contact us.

If any of the following situations apply to you, please contact the Régie des rentes du Québec for more information:

• you have worked only in the province of Quebec; or
• you currently live in Quebec and have worked both in the province of Quebec and in another province.

Please note: You must provide your Personal Access Code each time you log in. The personal access code is only used to log in to on-line services. Do not include it in any written correspondence with the Department.
