Diversity Division


The primary role of the Diversity Division is to develop and implement policies and programs that lead to the Public Service of Canada being inclusive and representative of the diversity of Canada. The Diversity Division assists departments and agencies in the core public administration understand the richness of the diverse Canadian society and the impact this has on services and programs. The Diversity Division is an advocate for diversity and employment equity and is responsible to monitor and report on attainment of workforce objectives by departments and agencies. The Diversity Division also develops, promotes, and evaluates programs and initiatives that support achieving these goals.
