REASONS FOR ORDER

McGILLIS, J.

Despite the very able argument of counsel for the applicant, I have not been persuaded that the Chairman of the Public Service Commission Appeal Board erred in law in any respect in his careful and detailed reasons. Although I have great sympathy for the plight of Mr. Kettles, my intervention in this matter is not warranted at law.

The application for judicial review is therefore dismissed.
