This section of the TBS web site provides quick access to key policies, documents and resources for Government Communicators.

Institutions of the Government of Canada must provide the public with open access to information about policies, programs, services and initiatives.

The Government Communications Policy sets out policy requirements for departments and agencies to ensure that communications across the Government of Canada are well co-ordinated, effectively managed and responsive to the diverse information needs of the public.

The Federal Identity Program ensures that the Government of Canada maintains a recognizable and unified corporate identity in all information and communication materials.

The Related Policies and Publications section provides access to key information policies and guidance for no-frills publishing practices, alternative formats and managing government information.

Public Works and Government Services Canada provides many services to Government of Canada institutions related to communications.  The Services section provides links to information on those services.
