The following sections provide the required specifications for completing the electronic media transmittal record.

Record order

The transmittal record must appear as the first record for each electronic media submission.

This is the country in which the transmitter is located. Use the alphabetic country codes as outlined in the International Standard (ISO) 3166 - Codes for the Representation of Names of Countries

Transmitter postal code

This is the Canadian postal code or US zip code of the transmitter.
