On the first page of the tax return, we can see that there are spaces to enter identification information for Paul.
For more information on completing the identification area of your tax return see Personal and Address Information.
In the first Identification box, Paul would enter his full name and address.
Next, in the text box called Information about your residence, Paul would enter the name of the province or territory where he lived on December 31, 2006. In this case we used "Province" to show where Paul would enter this information.

Now, in the box labelled Information about you, Paul would enter his social insurance number and date of birth and he would tick the correct box about his language of choice and his marital status.

Next, Paul has ticked "Yes" in the boxfor Elections Canada
. By doing this, Paul has given the CRA permission to give Elections Canada his address, name, and date of birth.
After that, there is a box for the GST/HST credit application. Paul has ticked the "No" box
. He is not eligible for the credit since he will not reach 19 years of age before April 1, 2008.
