CRA General Enquiries

For general questions on tax related matters, call CRA at 1-800-959-8281.
Agents are available from Monday to Friday (except holidays) from 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (local time). Extended hours are in effect during tax season from mid-February to the end of April.

Electronic Services for Individuals

NETFILE is one of our electronic tax-filing options. To get answers to your NETFILE questions or to any other electronic service, you can call the e-services Helpdesk at 1-800-714-7257 or visit our website at www.cra.gc.ca/eservices.

CRA Publications

You can order forms or other publications from our Web site at www.cra.gc.ca/forms or by calling 1-800-959-2221 from 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (local time).

Help for Individuals Who Have a Hearing or Speech Impairment

Individuals who use a teletypewriter can get information or assistance, Monday to Friday (except holidays) from 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (local time), by calling 1-800-665-0354.

Help For Individuals With a Visual Impairment

Individuals who have a visual impairment can get our publications in braille, large print, e-text (computer diskette), or on audio cassette by visiting our Web site at www.cra.gc.ca/alternate or by calling 1-800-267-1267 weekdays from 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time).
