What happens when you throw two hot Canadian songwriters together in front of a live studio audience? Sparks fly as they harmonize on each others' hits, contemporize cover tunes and maybe even ignite something brand spanking new.

Join Fuse as musicians smash down genre barriers at sessions in Ottawa and all across the country.

Listen to Fuse at your leisure!
Our fine friends at CBC Radio 3 are now posting our shows for online streaming. Check out Amanda's blog post to read all about how you can listen again to your favourite shows. Only a few posted so far, but more to come very, very soon.

This week on the airwaves:

Saturday, December 22nd:
Join Fuse as Amanda Putz runs down a year's worth of live musical mashups. Maybe you missed Chad van Gaalen's theramin solo on a Danny Michel song. Or maybe you just want to hear an encore of Tanya Tagaq throat-singing overtop the Latin beats of Apostle of Hustle. Those famous Fusings and more are all together in one special episode.

Saturday, December 29th:
Join Fuse as Amanda Putz leads listeners through the best Fuse cover songs of 2007. Ever wondered how it would sound if hard-rock band The Trews and Newfoundland folkie Ron Hynes collaborated on a Paul McCartney song? Or how about if two prairie popsmiths covered Morrissey on ukeleles? There's all that and more on the Best of Fuse 2007 - The All Covers show.

Saturday, January 5th:
Grand Analog is a band of hip-hop soulsters, led by an MC from Guyana. Dr Draw is a duo of intense classical violin and techno beats, led by a violinist from Russia. Together, Grand Analog and Dr Draw find the thread that binds reggae grooves, concerto notes, and a lot of rhythmic soul.
