Eleanora Hallen diary, 1835.
Eleanora Hallen and her family left Rushock, Worcestershire, England, in April 1835. They journeyed to a new life in Canada and settled in Medonte Township, Upper Canada, near present-day Orillia, Ontario. Eleanor's diary includes vivid descriptions and drawings of the family and their experiences.
