Alison sits down with British Columbia Premier Gordon Campbell and his Prince Edward Island counterpart Robert Ghiz to discuss ways to tackle growing health care costs. Alison also talks to Alberta's Ed Stelmach about how challenging it can be to make the Council of the Federation work. The House also takes advantage of its visit to Manitoba to explore the province's political scene. CBC Winnipeg's Leslie McLaren brings us up to speed, then Premier Greg Selinger shares his vision for the future of the province.
