Whale Release & StrandingsA whale rescue expert is concerned about people putting themselves in danger by trying to free whales from fishing gear. This week Morning Show summer fill-in host Chris O'Neill-Yates sat down with Wayne Ledwell of the Whale Release and Strandings Group to talk about what he's been seeing lately.

Alien (Plant) InvadersOn Thursday, May 20th we spoke with Todd Boland - research horticulturalist at Memorial University's botanical garden - about the dangers to humans and animals from some new invading plant species.
